just go to the shop --> tranfer, type the name and the amount you want to send

like TC do i type TC then how much?

A good way to get the message to people, i.e. if its knock out or what the prizes are is to use the /cp feature. This will get you message accross the screen allowing everyone to see and read it. just type /cp then your message.
