I feel so disappointed. Every time someone new comes and posts art, it always turns out that most of it, or at least some of it is stolen. I thought you were different, but I guess not.

Also, Monato was not flaming, he was simply stating facts. Facts the you cannot handle.

i do not need to get proof of my skills on any forum or elsewhere. i know that i can draw even much better than this particular example of a picture originally set from a parts of cadres in a naruto serie, and that is all i need to know.

about not flaming - i'm sorry, i dont know your classification terminology of problematic posts, but i think he's definetely broke at least something. first - making a hell lot of unnecesarry posts, then editing them, adding some more useless offtopic information. i dont even want to call them a facts as you did (well, maybe the first his post actually had a little fact)

First of all, Monato's posts were only problematic to you and that was only because he was right about you plagiarising.

Second, none of his posts where unnecessary. They were all required to show that you were infact using other artists images and claiming them as your own. He was editing because he was going to post additional information, but didn't feel the need to make a new post because of that.


Also, to be honest, I can't see any notable improvement between the original picture and your "remake" of it.

If you can draw so much better than that, why didn't you post the better drawing than your plagiarized "remake"?

After skim-reading a page of "quote - comment", i've learnt only that whether that image counts as plagiarism or not, both Divinelux and Monato need to calm down. It's actually really unimportant, when you think about it.

As for the rest - they're pretty good, although the home-grown star-wars semi-cartoon-porn was.. interesting.

Point is, that once someone has stated their point, they don't need to get into a row about the person that it was directed at disagreeing with it, and that Divinelux could have maybe a more mature reaction to what can only be described as "mindless trolling" in future.

And I will ask you to remove the picture on account of having copied a copyrighted work, and refusing to give credit.

Seriously, is it that difficult to add (credits to Naruto (c Masashi Kishimoto)) after the link?

And if you refuse to remove the link or add the 'credits to' line, the link will be removed, and I don't guarantee for the safety of the others in that case.

And a personal opinion: That 'impaled by lightsaber' picture is mostly the only picture that is good in the whole lot. And guess why it's so good, because its quality vastly exceeds your actual skills.

edited: ok, i changed my mind. jok, you can delete this thread. dont think anyone here actually can value good peace of art, or understand that being a good picture artist isnt the same as being always creative and not to use the parts of others creations.

dont know what else to say... this is the first place, where i receive such negative and false accusations

I will bet you that you joined communities like deviantArt. Suck-up communities. Where the only reason you get positive comments is because you give them back, regardless of what you actually think about the art.

And it wasn't even a problem of 'using the parts of others creations', but rather copying a whole creation in itself, only fixing a tiny part of it, IE: changing 1% of a picture. That's like changing the hue to a picture and claiming it as your own. True, you did more than that, but not enough to claim it as your own, without credits.

And the fact that you immediately went and said 'close the thread' means you fail as an artist, because you cannot take criticism. Constructive criticism at that. Believe me, if you present art like this to a real person you don't know, this is the reaction he'd have. Not 'OMG IT ROX GIEF SKILLS LOLOL COMMENT BACK PLS'. We are a different community for art, in that we criticise what deserves to be criticised, and we nitpick on credits and such, because it's unfair to the original artist.

This thread won't be deleted however, but will be closed. Feel free to open a new one, should you want real criticism instead of pampering. And remember the credits to original artists. ;]
