Sorry, but I found it difficult to understand your post.
You are looking for a game taking place in a city with a first person perspective. You should be able to shoot, but not too often. Am I right?

No, I think he's trying to find a game he could play, not essentially from Nabi studios. If you're right, this belongs into suggestions, although it wouldn't be a good one.
