There's also en easier version of this, where you can grab anything. In harder one, you can't grab anything.
You have to go through the hole, go inside the box, get out of the box, jump to the pipe and get through it and you're finished.

It's named the way it is because going through the tube reminded me of childbirth (or at least what I've heard about it <.<) It's hard, it takes a long time, and the process is painful.
