[Tutorial] How to Run
Ok, so this is one basic way of how to run, of course, there are many various other ways of going about this.
I am defianetly NOT one of the best runners there is.
I strongly encourage others to post their tutorials in this thread, and i will copy/paste them into here.

NOTE: This Tutorial should be practiced in 1000 engage distance with 0.00 0.00 -30.00 gravity (sambo gravity)
Extend both pecs
Lower both shoulders
Contract both elbows
Contract abs
Extend both knees
Contract both ankles
Space 50
Relax both knees
Relax both ankles
Contract right hip
space 20
contract right ankle
space 20
extend right hip
extend right knee
contract left hip
contract left ankle
space 50
contract right hip
relax right knee
right rotate chest
extend left hip
extent left ankle
space 40
left rotate chest
left bending lumbar
extend right hip
extend right knee
extend right ankle
contract left hip
relax left knee
space 40
right rotate chest
right bend lumbar
extend right glute
contract right hip
relax right knee
contract right ankle
extend left hip
contract left ankle
space 20
