i think "razemom" is your best
don't take this the wrong way but i think your better at drawing objects an sencery then poeple, for example "WindRider" 1 has good sencery
also a tip, if drawing eyes is your weak spot try drawing the person with his eyes covered with, shadow, hair, hat, sword, ninja mask, ect...

i draw mythical things to aviod my weak spot which is human head shape... : )
