I would have to disagree with that. Not necessarily all madmen are unstylish. Granted, stylish madman are a bit hard to come by nowadays, but I definitely wouldn't categorise it elsewhere.
And yes, I also know this is only your opinion. Still...

I wouldn't say a madman needs to be in 100 frames. In my ancient madman2 replay that used to be included, I took about 300 frames to make all of the dismemberments.
As for a boomhit, I really like the 3 frame window idea. It makes it quantitative without being over-restrictive.
To me, Uke Assistance can only happen if you change joint states on Uke in order to come in contact with Tori and aid you. Jumping out of the way for a balance replay or headspins is OK.

Yeah, I don't necessarily think that ALL madmans lack style completely. MOST of them do. But I've only ever made one, and it was different than most, simply because it was slower, and the way I dismember uke was kinda strange. I feel it had style.
