General Freerunning Help
I know it takes long to learn etc. but I want help with flips. I can run about four steps in -30g and can dive over the first block in parkour 13 ghost. But I also want to know how to turn while running and how to roll when you land on your hands. Thanks in advance for any help.
Free running is hard and takes a lot of time to learn it, but once you do, Toribash gets way easier mechanically.

Just bend your lumbar in that direction you want to run in.
You need to land rotating forwards on your neck to roll.
I'd recommend trying to take a relax-all kind of approach. You don't want your gameplay to look like a robot, so relaxing all is a great way to combat this, and to learn hands on what each joint does.
