VIRAL OUTBREAK event has stared, now the town will be infected every turn from that spot in random directions! We have 3 extraction points to flee from the city (marked on the map by white box with red E letter inside. If they get infected, we will not be able to leave the city. Gang war also can damage extraction points.
Every road that leads out of the city is blocked by MILITARY so we can't leave via roads anymore!

Deuteria, now you will have to decide:
- go for the STAR 2 and finish our quest, or
- go to the one of the extraction points and run to safety via choppers provided by military
