when i make it, it doesnt spin?

Well if you have like 1 frame it won't... If you just want to play the animation go...

Filters>Animation>Playback.

You'll have to save the animation as a .gif file, and choose the "save as animation" option.

And then change if yo want background or not
and if you want it to spin fast or slow
And if you want to save it
you need to save it as gimp
then it will ask if you want to save it as animation
press yes and youre done

you use any image upload site like
www.imgur.com
www.tinypic.com
etcetc
and then put the link with [IMG] tags at the forum.

It isn't spinning

that is most likely because you didn't save it as a gif animation before you uploaded it. It is important that the file is a gif or any other animationable filetypes. But just use gif for now :P

I have no idea if it works with imageshack or not but I think the problem is that you haven't made an animation to begin with before uploading it, open the picture and see if it works as an animation before you upload it. If it does then try tinypic or imgur instead.
