They barely exist. The only ones I've seen are repetitive, like Ragdoll Avalanche, or use a ragdoll engine just for the lols and are pointless (see: The Torture Game, and all of those "Falling" games where you have a ragdoll falling through a series of circles that you can control)

Ragdoll Masters, it isn't really online flash though because you have to download it but it's not a big download, you can find the code on youtube if you search the game and look in the descriptions(Can't say the code here obviously).
