here is what i can make out of it. I have the feeling this is helping me practice for real.

Have you tried to put a 3rd piece at bags ? A lower piece like you did for the upper one to make an articulation.

im trying. but i noticed that joints can only rotate on 1 axis. so it will be a ball that can only bounce back and forth. not side ways. i hope it wont be of a prblem

i too am practicing on this platform alot myself.
btw . the BALLS are done. i will make a new thread with the
updated punching bag mod (x axis and y axis movement of the bag added)
and the punching ball mod

make sure u download both. th bags have same friction as the toris and is wayy better
