Itu namanya diagonal scanlines.
GIMP: Buat gambar baru di GIMP dengan size 3x3 (space antar garis kecil) 5x5 (space antar garis medium) dan buat garis diagonal perpixel dan save as .pat di file pattern gimp, restart the gimp and use the bucket tool and use the option pattern select your new pattern. Hope that helps

No. Di Photoshop, hampir sama gimp. Pertama lo bikin file 5x5 atau 3x3. Bikin garis diagonal, belakangnya transparan.
Then save as a pattern/ click edit, trus klik define pattern.
Then open the signature file.
Klik edit, fill, di option fill, ganti tulisan Color jadi fill pattern, pilih file pattern yg tadi lo udah bikin, klik ok.
There you have it.
