[Ö_Ö]Your Weekly Drawing Competition week 8 - Futuristic devices


It's time for the weekly "Draw an <INSERT CRAZY OBJECT HERE>" series. Proudly brought to you by Ezeth, together with the rest of GATA. This is the weekly drawing competition number 8.

Every week we will be releasing a new drawing event for you to participate in. This competition will last from this monday to next monday

This week: Futuristic devices

We want you to create some awesome futuristic devices, doesn't matter what type of devices they are, it can be everything from automatic gum chewer to autopiloted killing robot

  • This is to be completely hand-drawn(Not a photoshopped image) [This does not mean you may not draw it in PS/GIMP]
  • No stealing other contestant's work.
  • Max 3 Entries per person.
  • You may use a reference picture, but it must be posted along with your entry.
  • Max 800X800 pixel entries.
  • Entries must be made for this event.
  • If you decide to hand-draw yours and scan it in, you must sign your work with your username.



We're giving 15,000 TC to the 1st place entry holder.
We're giving 10,000 TC to the 2nd place entry holder.
We're giving 5000 TC to the 3rd place entry holder.

Nice idea even though it will remove the meaning of having a showel instead of a lazer :P

I like that people are improving existing objects with rockets and lazers because if tv has shown me anything is that the future is full of rockets and lazers lol!. And it works so well with anything really, rocket-powered-lazer-spoons, nuclear powered toasters etc lol. I'm still wondering how I can incorporate Gurren Lagann into it heh

Actually the shovel is still their so you can remove the material after lasering it to a million pieces. Hmm maybe I should have made that automated as well mmm.

The irony tho is that calling your monster lemonstein would be in correct if in reference to Frankenstein as the monster was never given a name, Frankenstein was the name of the scientist himself. Making the Joke fall apart completely.

This is my first entry, it is not so much drwing but it has it sense, if the world becomes super poblated(i dont know if the expression is okay)we will need to expand our territory. Our planet is going to be full, so we are going to expand to other planets(for exmple, mars), this are capsules where plants are going to grow and live until they become used to space, this capsules have oxigen, which let plants live.

after super-poblation, the human being is going to create robots and they will dominate earth and they will reproduce in millions of millions. This is a type of tiger-robot made by the robots that will dominate earth XD. its hand-drawn, but the light and background effects i made them in gimp.
