Can someone send me a Head Texture because everyone i use is either to big or to small

Also, don't try using other heads people made, unless you bought them or used with permission. You can get infracted and banned for using other people's textures.

It contains some transparant space in the image, try to remove that.

your haed texture measurement must me 128*128, 256*256 or 512*512

What's the resolution of your head texture image? It's essential to know that so we can help you out.
Also, fill the transparant space up with the paint bucket tool in paint if you don't know anything better.

Looks like he's just using a mapped sphere...


Meaning, don't use the round one, use the squared, flat one.
