well somtimes i relax all, then contract knees. then i extend them(after pressing space)

another one that's effective for 160-300 dist is
hold all
contract hips, abs
lower shoulders
extend neck
space x2
extend hips
extend abs
raise shoulders
contract neck
and go from there, you can get some good headkicks and stuff.

you must relax all contract knees and when you touch ground hold all and just extend the knees

jumping forward is real hard....you need to press space after contract knees, but in multiplayer you canÄt do this and that's it, that jumping forward be hard...
