hold all
contract hips, abs
lower shoulders
extend neck
space x2
extend hips
extend abs
raise shoulders
contract neck
and go from there, you can get some good headkicks and stuff.

jumping forward is real hard....you need to press space after contract knees, but in multiplayer you canÄt do this and that's it, that jumping forward be hard...
