yeah.. get 20k qi and in the torishop there should be a item tha you can buy called "custom user title"

Nah suo used to make your user title a custom colour if you bought 3 things in his shop but I'm fairly sure he stopped.

You need Tori Prime IIRC, and it costs 3 items from Suo's shop, will cost you like 160k

No. He stopped doing that, now you can only get a colored + bold from suo. The only way
is to buy a promo from an admin's shop, or to have some power and suck some dick.
