So this is what I'm thinking. We let someone is as a recruit which is kind of like a trial joining. Anyways if that person doesnt prove themself as being appropriate for 42 after 2 weeks that person will be kicked. What dyou guys think?

I can roll with this, also allows us to look into teh background of a person but also being able to response quickly to applications.
