this moves called: the HHHJT (Hampa Head Humping with a Jack Twist)

contract pecs
extend neck

grab hands

lower shoulders
--- this part comeing now is the jack twist, for just HHH stop here and press space
Contract knees
extend ankels
contract hips
space X2 will give you just the arms
space X3 will take off the body to, use space x3 this time.
