So I was changing the window size of Toribash, because it was so small and i accidentally put the second option to 1980 instead of the first. Now i can only see half the the Toribash window and cant change back.

Might have figured it out yourself by now, however, a good solution would be to hit control+enter to toggle full screen. From there you'd be able to access the Advanced Options Menu and restore your window size to something usable.
