Will the bounties ever go back to the way there were? Where they stayed in-game and everyone could see them. Or will the continue to not show up during matches?

The bounties I'm pretty sure will stay the way they are, unless someone is en route to fix it.
They were changed so that the text only showed for the few matches after it was set then it is wiped away again.
