I believe he is referring to this game that they call "Toribash".
I think he means that you go inside this thing called "Toribash" and lots of people know you.

Figured, if i was staff i would want to be like some super secret ninja staff so people wouldn't pester me but still able to enjoy tb.

It does sound creepy when it is not explained, but I need it for this:
Let's Create

I like giving attention to details, so if I would have image of a staff person with nickname Fish, and draw his face with some fish attributes, it would probably be a nice art piece. Comical at least.

Regularly, I do not go around and make animal-human hybrids out of whim. :]
