Step 6: Don't be cocky, don't be AFK, be funny, and watch the betting server.



Step 7: Put rules, and give them warnings towards a ban.


Step 8: Make sure they know you.

u need to be known from the people, so that they join your server.
be creative, make some server events, like decap prices.
maybe make a ingame broadcast : http://forum.toribash.com/tori_broadcast.php so everyone on every server know u are going to make a betting server.
be a nice person at all and try to talk to ALL people!
