I used my single player technique to remove both arms, in multiplayer and its result was much MUCH better than expected.
Contrary to the replay I "Koroshiya" am the one doing the attack and lance is on the receiving end.
It is definitely one of the quickest, strongest kicks I have ever done

I've also noticed that unless topic titles have the following words they are barely glanced at:
SUPER/SupER/etc.
OMG!
YOU GOTTA SEE THIS!
SEE THIS!/LOOK AT THIS!!!!!!!11!111
EDITED! RPL!! OMG! LAWLZ!

well it wasn't intended to be used in multiplayer it just turned out well. but here are the directions

relax left pec
right turn torso
contract left elbow
extended left ankle
SPACE x1
extended left elbow
extend left wrist
SPACE x1
extend left glute
contract right hip and knee
SPACE x1
extend left hip
extend right knee and ankle
VOILA
