I see lots of things in the art threads about people asking if there art was made in c/p so what is it?

Copy Paste.
Basically where you take a picture from the internet and use it (edited or unedited) on a texture.

Like LWafflez said, it means Copy and Paste. People around here usually say it when they are posting textures or something. Copy and Paste can also be like for words when you highlight them, right click them, and then right click and paste the words somewhere else.
