It means you scammed or have something that is stolen ,That or you are under investigation,I think that is what it is.

If you've recently bought TC directly from the Torishop you are placed on the greylist. There are also various other causes for this, such as the ones bigdog stated above. Once the situation is resolved you will be removed from the list and free to trade again.

It's to prevent 9 year olds from using their mothers credit cards for Tc pretty much.
