So I'm currently trying to sell Pile o' Coins in my inventory, but I came to realise it has 10k qi restriction which is really odd.

99% of 3d items don't even have qi restrictions to begin with, but furthermore this item was an event prize so it's really odd for it to have such restrictions. I was just wondering if this might be some sort of mistake or does the 10k restriction has any actual purpose?
