Ok, I know it's not anyone's fault except for the kid who hacked the forums' but according to what has been posted, I have basicly spent around 15€ on an account that apparently does not exist anymore and all you'r saying is ''go re-register''? I'm not asking you for a refund but at least give me back the toricredits I payed for?

That's account sales. Maybe he's talking about VIP and Toriprime and whatever else he bought (Hopefully that's what he's talking about).

Account sales cannot be properly administrated by Nabi, since most account sales go through 3rd parties. As we cannot guarantee that accounts arrive from one end to the other, there are obvious problems that will happen. On the other hand, if account ownership can be proven, then I do believe we will be able to restore anything that was on the account.
