Most of the Shiai Items are stocked in MagicalSack's inventory.
My guess would be that if they run out of MagicalSack's inventory it wouldn't be restocked, therefor making it limited to buy.

Magical sack (shia token stock) is its own seperate value, when magical sack runs out of stock you can't purchase more items of the kind for shia tokens.
Tc and USD stock is a combined stock, which when runs out still allows you to purchase the item for USD but not for TC. The -4 is most likely because 4 people bought it with USD after it ran out of stock.
