Yes, you can, but you can also buy custom usertitles without toriprime/vip
With vip you will get a big discount on buying it.
Also, you will be allowed to acess the toriprime/VIP board.
You can also change your sigpic, the background of your posts, 150x150 avatar or on .gif format.
