if i create a texture how can i sell it? i can only transfer it and the other transfer the tc or there is a way to sell it?

You can sell them by showing how they look ingame via screenshot then sending the flat(the thing you created) either via pm or via email to the person who bought it. Also post questions like this in the beginner sanctuary next time.
