If you added more joints it would be like learning to play all over agian, which would suck. Enhanced graphics would be good, but wouldn't it lag really badly?

Better graphics might contribute to slowdown, but more joints would cause more slowdown than better graphics.
Why? Because 90% of the processing power Toribash uses is physics handling.
