I feel bad for your country.

My history teacher told me that you can't
start a war that fast.
You need permission from the opposing country
and United Nations before you attack or start
war with other countries

And as far as I know countries who breaks that rule
will get punished by getting resources and part of their land.
(Correct me if i'm wrong)

I suggest you stay home and make sure you have enough
food and water and if you go outside always be careful and
ask for guidance.

If the situation gets worse, move to your relatives who live in safe area and wait for the stuff to cool up a bit.
