to answer your question, yes that is considered to be bad parenting.

sure it can be funny or whatever but look at what he's doing.. teaching his 1 year old to say ******* bitch o.o .. pretty messed up.

I also remember a MUCH less extreme video where a mom is talking to her little girl, where she is saying something about if she sees a monster she is going to "kick his ass". The mom just laughs and says not to say things like that, so the little girl says "but if I don't, he is going to kick MY ass!"
