I personally don't think this is bad parenting, but it isn't good either. Kids will swear in future, they will end up learning it. The worst happens if the baby swears next to the couple's friends/parents (mostly this).
What part of it is bad again? Is there a bad word out there that summons the fucking devil or something? Im not into the whole yelling thing, but not approving of this is just a cliche

Really? I'm 15 and I'd die if I said that around my parents. It's pretty sad to watch a one year old swear only for the parents to laugh and think it's cute. If I was a parent, I'd be embarrassed if my kid was swearing a storm around my friends.
