Off the top of my head I can say it's either a SIS 740 series or 750 series.

They use the same driver, which you can get from here:

http://www.sis.com/download/agreemen...url=/download/

Agree to the page, select your OS, pick 'IGP Graphics Drivers' and it'll be in the bottom list.
