I sent an email about my VIP prime tand nothing happened so I go on irc and I get no help at all then I go on again later and they told me to send another email and so I did, nothing happened.
I want my VIP prime back now, you stole my goddam money. I've been waiting since the data got destroyed.

I'm on it. Give me a few to check when it was purchased and stuff like that. Will activate it when everything is verified. In the meantime i'll leave thread open and unsolved.



Update: VIP and Prime added. To compensate for time lost during the rollback, they will be active for the full duration as if they were bought today.
