Ok so you see the number of posts by a person and above it says... "member" Mine says that... I've seen people with theirs changed.. How do you do that? :3 Thanks pie.

I can't remember if toriprime users can do it, but VIP members can change their usertitles, or get ___ posts to get a different title.
I believe you can pay too, imo waste.

That or you can just get banned, that changes it.

Pretty much what solax said, you can pay to admin to get a new usertitle, get banned, buy Toriprime or you have to be one of the staff to get that Super special usertitle (ex : Gamemaster, Super Moderator, clan mods etc)
