I'd have to say it would be Forum and Art based clans, but only until the forum is as popular as the game itself. At that point i'd say they'd all be equal.
(Forgot to add Sparring/Replay clans for publicity n' stuff, TB needs as much of that as it can get same with every game that wants to be #1.)
