I have a question textures related.
The person that is selling textures that they made in photoshop/gimp,
cannot they sell a single texture multiple times?
I searched for an answer everywhere but i didn't find it.
So help would be appreciated.

The person who buys the texture owns the texture, the seller now has no more rights to it, he/she cannot re-sell it, or even wear it, unless they get the buyers permission.
