Well it was more of a frontflip twist to get into a better
sideflip try going alot more fast then getting
into a launch position by relaxing knees.
Then launch and twist slightly and thats
your sideflip.

Hey guys this is an update to tell a couple of things
first some news is DanGerG is going to be making a vid
so go send some replays through his entertainment and media thread.
Also some news about OFC now I know we don't have the qualifications
quite yet but we will probably wait a bit longer before becoming ofc
because I would like to see you guys more active before I go for OFC
in this org.
So please post more frequently just let us know on what you are doing,

at frame 863 you went very slow
and the transition into the second flip
was very stiff the landing was also a bit weird try not to constantly
hold and relax your knees that much when landing.
