Is there no higher rank than "People who like Breasts" (which I'm assuming is our version of a normal, active member)?

Toast needs to be bumped up to second-in-command and (not to be cocky) I need third-in-command. It's more of a matter of making the page as accurate as possible than anything, since everyone that's actually in the clan knows where the members stand.
