+A second chance.
Hi.
I recently talked to an old friend , and he announced me that he was perma-banned, well i don't know the reason of his ban , i know it was a story with a smod , but whatever the reason was , i think he deserves a second chance , he spent more than 100 usd in tb (i'm not sure but it is near of 100) , he respects and admire nabi studios , he played everyday and he loved it, his account meant alot for him. (According to what i know maybe i'm wrong )
His name is moocow1, if you could at least 'reduce' the penalty , he would be thankful ;).

What? Moderators ban people for a reason, they won't unban them because you think they deserve a second chance. Take it up with Phail if you want, but I can assure you he'll tell you the same thing. Closed, to stop some more idiotic posts.
