so,the run is quite nice but i don't like that u didn't moved the pecs and the first step took much time,the first punches r quite nice but not the best,the kick was meh. the cork was good and the final punch was really nice,the transition into the pose is a little bit twitchy and u lost the balance but the pose is quite fine overall. Overall(x2)bad spar but quite nice movements

movements=8/10
