Seeing as the Farthest Accurate Throw record allows the usage of kicking as well as throwing using your hand, I'd say the Highest Head Throw record would include kicks. So unless you can kick the head 77.53m higher, no record breaking here.
As for the possibility of a Highest Head Throw or Highest Body Part record with Uke's assistance, I'd personally want to see a higher throw than the without Uke's assistance records before putting those possible new ones in the book. You'd have control of Uke as an advantage already!
