Really? Yeah!
You need to work on your edits alot more than 3 hours for sure. Also you need to add cinematics and better syncing.

Slow down, compare what makes another editor good as far as their velocity/pancrop/other bare bones items. You should also try and develop an eye for what colors look good on/with others before jumping into a preset in magic bullet looks.
Look into learning how to keyframe.
Still all of this, no real improvement. 2 videos in 2 days, no one could care less. 1 good one in 1 month, wow, what a difference.

look up pan and crop tutorials, you can use it to make your video not look so stiff
