Just a few critisicm's about the hands and arms. Make different textures for the triceps. And make the biceps and triceps symmetrical. They also look too metallic and not enough raptor-y or ecto-y ;)

The hands and feet are just one colour, try and make some nice textures for those.

The thighs don't look very mechanical either, looks more like a maze. I like what you did with the legs, try something like that for the thighs.
