So this is what i got so far



I plane to reduce the strokes on the ears, and add more detail in the back, perhaps a pony tail or something.

Any suggestions?

more light, more details at the back and sides, fix the "edge" of the ear, it looks wrong.
The nose looks pretty bad also because the side of the nose is ticker than the center.

The eyes and the area around them looks pretty good, but the light isn't that strong on the other parts of the head.

Some areas i couldn't repair.
