Here's the explanations:
Warmaster: Leader. Handles all inter-clan and other relations (me, duh.)
Lord Commander: Go between for leader and clan members. Disseminates the will of the Warmaster.
First Captain: Most skilled member. Black Belt rank 1, 20 win long streak kind of stuff.
Chaplain: Guardian of clan resolve. Will attempt to solve all inner clan disputes. Also rallies the clan i.e. league Must know the battle hymns.
Standard Bearer: The symbol of victory for the clan, this person is vital to the morale and spirit of the clan.
Arms Master: Self-explanatory, manages the shop.
Treasurer: Keeper of the monies. Manages clan finances.
