Err, type /opt trails 1 when you're in-game. Should fix your issues if they're activated.

Noob, go to options, and then in advanced, and look for trails and tick the box next to it..

Your trails are working correctly, I can see them if I download you. Are you able to see the trails of others?

did you buy them from market? try changing the image they could be transparent
Whoops sorry i though they were texture trails.. you could try to deactivate then re activate then
